Kenny, a computer science major in college, initially set out to pursue a career with an IT firm in Silicon Valley. However, through a series of fortuitous events, he decided to pursue medicine and obtained an M.D from UCLA Medical School. He subsequently completed a residency and fellowship at UC Irvine, before relocating to the Bay Area with his wife, Clarissa.

While working as an attending physician, Kenny's interest in the real estate industry was ignited and he quickly set out to educate himself on the subject. He voraciously read countless books on real estate investing and taxation, took multiple courses, and actively participated in local investor meet-ups to gain a comprehensive understanding of the field. Recognizing Kenny's ambition and passion, Clarissa fully supported his decision to obtain a realtor's license and start his own real estate business in 2020 and has sold more than $20m worth of real estate.  

In addition to his expertise in real estate, Kenny also recognized the financial benefits of property ownership and earned a credential as a tax accountant (E.A.) to offer his clients comprehensive and financially sound advice. He is currently enrolled in a Masters in Tax Law to further sharpen his knowledge as a tax professional. He derives genuine satisfaction from passing on his valuable tax knowledge to his clients and loves practicing both medicine and real estate.

Kenny is a devoted father to twins, a loving husband to an architect, and a proud son-in-law to a construction contractor with over 30 years of experience. He is a well-rounded and accomplished individual who brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and passion to his work in the medical and real estate fields.
